We need to build a world where the poor are grateful to the richer people, and the rich are happy and honored for helping the poor. An in-person interview style on the process of the rich and poor financial assistance plan and system reform should be built. Like students apply for Harvard or Troy University. Poor people would be the Applicants, and the Universities would be Richer people. And Richer people who assisted the poor in the amount of tax payment will not have to pay tax anymore. Then poor people should pay taxes for his/her financial assistance accepted in a step amount.

Richer people have not to pay tax but need to assist any poor people whose income is less than him/her and less than $50,000/month the amount of financial support at least as much as his reasonable taxes. Poor people whose income is less than $50,000/month must pay taxes. The more poor the more taxes rate applied.

There we have to have a Begging Law. A person who earned more than $300 a day should not beg unless he/she don’t have cash or have no way to get cash by him/herself. A beggar should only beg for less than $300 a day. More than $300 should be sentenced to the death penalty. A person who earned more than $300 a day has the responsibility to offer at least $1 in cash a day to a beggar who asks for an offer. After you offer a beggar $1 in a day, you have the right to refuse any begging. Any person who has responsibilities and refuses to offer needs to be arrested and put in jail for 24 hours. That means people should prepare $1 a day, ready to offer. There is no excuses. That value is to remind people to consider people in need first before he/she go out. When you offer $1 to a beggar, the beggar has a responsibility to sign on your offering list to show to the next beggar as proof that you don’t want to offer anymore.

You can choose a job that you are interested in but salary may very low like $30 a day. Other expenditures you may need to consider to visiting the Honest Center to seek support from wealthy individuals who earn more than $50,000 a month and are interested in helping you and don’t want to pay taxes. but you need to pay taxes.

This is just a guide to make reform. The digits are just for reference.
