Role Overview: As the Communication Director, you will be the voice of our campaign. You will develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy that amplifies our candidate’s vision and connects with voters across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a strategic communication plan.

• Craft and disseminate press releases, speeches, and social media content.

• Manage media relations and coordinate press events.

• Oversee the campaign’s digital presence, including website and social media.

• Collaborate with the campaign team to ensure message consistency.

• Monitor media coverage and public sentiment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in communication, public relations, or a related field.

• Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Experience with digital media and social media platforms.

• Knowledge of NYC’s political landscape is a plus.

• Passion for public service and community engagement.
